ORGASM SHOT / O-SHOT NEAR ME IN DEARBORN MI

 WHAT IS AN ORGASM SHOT?

The O-Shot, a new, non-invasive treatment that aims to alleviate female sexual dysfunction by extracting PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, from a woman's own blood and injecting it directly into the vaginal area to rejuvenate the vagina to help relieve women with urinary incontinence and sex problems.

The O-Shot is a painless, natural way to transform your sexuality.  Often through aging, sensation may be lost, or possibly it was never present in the way you would like.  This procedure can restore or enhance that sensation, improving your sensitivity, and enhancing your sex life.  It also can help restore urinary continence to stop those embarrassing leaks and run to the bathroom.

The O-Shot is safe, using all-natural ingredients.  It is painless and only takes 30 minutes or less.   It’s a non-surgical procedure that can rejuvenate and revitalize vaginal and clitoral function, giving you dramatically improved sensitivity and significantly enhancing your sex drive.

The names "Orgasm Shot" and "O-Shot" were awarded to Charles Runels, MD (the first to do the procedure), and are protected by US Patent & Trademark law.

HOW DO THE O-SHOT WORKS?

First, the patient's blood is drawn (about half a tablespoon) and placed in a centrifuge to separate out the PRP. To determine where an injection will have maximum results, MI Body Contours & Cosmetics does "vaginal mapping," asking the patient where she's most sensitive, and then an anesthetic cream is applied to the area. The procedure, which costs $1,200 to $1,500 and isn't covered by insurance, has the added benefit of creating what is referred to as an immediate volumizing effect, which lasts up to a week. The real payoff, though, comes over the next few months as the PRP "stimulates the stem cells, collagen, and blood vessels," says Runels, who calls it "fertilizer to grow the tissue." (The overall effect should last at least 18 months.)

O-Shot Side Effects

As for safety, Runels says that no serious side effects have been reported. The treatment itself doesn't require FDA oversight, although an FDA-cleared kit is required to prepare the plasma.

Take Nadia*, 39, a mother of three who found sex with her fiancé lacking. In her younger days, she says, "I was turned on whenever the guy was," but by her late 30s, getting to that same level of arousal "required so much foreplay, I was ready to give up." Though she tried over-the-counter lubricants, she complained that they didn't last. When she heard about the O-Shot, she decided to give it a try. She says she now has an orgasm every time she has sex, "stronger ones than I used to have when I was younger."

Similarly, Gail*, 53, has been married for 20 years and had resigned herself to lackluster, once-a-month lovemaking. "I wasn't really aroused no matter what we did," she says. So when her nurse-practitioner suggested the shot, she was more than willing. The result? She noticed an immediate effect, and she returned home from work that day ready to go. Whereas before, she'd fake orgasms and felt "inadequate," she now looks forward to sex.

O-SHOT ON ABC NEWS

WHO IS THE PROCEDURE FOR?

Any woman who wants to improve her sexual responses or who suffers from urinary incontinence.  Urinary incontinence is a common problem that affects sexual pleasure because of the focus on the embarrassment of urinary leakage.  It also affects daily life as it can occur with sneezing, jumping, coughing, or physical activity.  The procedure increases sensitivity, the ability to have an orgasm, libido, and also decreases vaginal dryness thus eliminating sexual pain.   Patient responses showed vast improvement in these areas and they reported overall enhanced life function from the O-shot.

PATIENTS REPORT:

  • Elimination of pain or discomfort during sexual intercourse
  • Less worry about leakage during intercourse
  • Decreased vaginal dryness
  • Increase in sexual desire
  • Stronger and more frequent orgasms
  • Reduction or even elimination of urinary incontinence and medications

ORGASM SHOT FAQ:

What does the O-Shot doctor do?

The O-Shot® procedure begins with the patient having their own blood is drawn which ensures that it is natural for your body and there is no risk of rejection.  The blood is then treated to extract the growth factors in the plasma.  These platelet-rich plasma growth factors are then injected back into the patient after the area is numbed with an anesthetic cream.  The injections are placed near the clitoris and into the upper area of the vagina which stimulates sexual response.  The growth factors in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) are extracted from that blood sample and injected into an area near the clitoris and into the area of the upper vagina that is most important for the sexual response.  There is little or no discomfort to the procedure.  It is administered in a safe and sterile environment, making it virtually risk-free.

There are no side effects and patients have tolerated the procedure well.  You receive all of the benefits in a pain-free, no risk treatment which only takes 30 minutes of your time.  Call for your own private consultation or appointment today.

Does the O-shot Hurt?

Most patients report no discomfort or pain. Treatment areas are numbed with a topical cream for maximum comfort, although a small percentage of women report a pinching or stinging sensation. Patients can resume regular physical exercise and sexual activity immediately after treatment.

What Results Can I Expect Following the O-shot?

For most women, the change is noticeable almost immediately. Women of all ages report an increased sensitivity of the clitoris and G-spot area resulting in stronger orgasms and multiple orgasms even when they have not experienced them before. The full effects may not be seen for up to three to four weeks after treatment. In rare cases, there may not be any noticeable effect, but the O-Shot can be repeated after eight weeks for women who want to see better results or boost the satisfactory effects of their first shot.

How Long Do the Effects of the O-shot Last?

The O-Shot lasts up to three years or longer in some women. However, on average, women choose to repeat the procedure every 18 months to maintain their results.

Is the O-shot Safe? Are There Side Effects?

No side effects have been reported from procedures that involve injecting a person's own PRP back into their body. However, O-Shot should not be used on patients who are pregnant, nursing, trying to get pregnant, have an active infection, have experienced hypersensitivity in the past, or those who have severe allergies. Women who are experiencing any vaginal health issues should wait until they are resolved before getting the O-Shot.

After treatment, some women experience mild soreness that lasts less than 24 hours. As with any injection, there may be a tiny amount of bleeding following the injection in rare cases. However, you can return to work, exercise, and do any other activity you wish on the same day, including sexual activity.

Can I Repeat O-shot Treatment?

The majority of women have improved sexual function and sexual satisfaction after one O-Shot, but additional treatments have been found to provide additional benefits for many women. Some women choose to have ongoing maintenance treatments to tweak or renew their results. A second O-Shot® can be administered after eight weeks.

Is the Procedure Fda Approved?

PRP is a well-documented and accepted procedure used to improve healing, rejuvenation, and regeneration after injuries or procedures. While the FDA has approved the PRP harvesting methods, PRP procedures are not required to be approved or disapproved by FDA because PRP is not considered to be a drug.
